1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, undergarments, and clearance sale items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your package.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5-10 business days).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@bafanglcai.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations

  • Order cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
